Assisted Living Community Relations Director-Outside Sales – Generous Commission Structure

CarePartners Management Group (CPMG) is a dynamic, fast growing and closely held Senior Care Operator with 33 Communities in WA and AZ. We are searching for a qualified candidate to lead our Community Relations and Outside Sales for our Community in Scottsdale, AZ.

We are looking for a candidate with high energy and integrity, who values what we do, is passionate about serving seniors, and who loves to promote our industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Arizona team as we mature and expand our footprint in Maricopa and Pima Counties.

This position will report to our Arizona Regional Director of Marketing/Sales (located in Surprise) and will collaborate with and receive support from our large Sales teams in Arizona and Washington.

Candidates MUST have experience in senior care and be able to be self-directed and independent but also work as part of our dynamic sales team. Appropriate candidates must also possess strong people skills, understand relationship/referral development and are open to adopting our unique ways of marketing and building our market presence.

We pride ourselves on being the organization which helps educate the buyers of Assisted Living so that they make comfortable and sound decisions. We provide affordable options and are often flexible in our terms.

Qualifications:

o *Experience in Senior Living Sales/Marketing

o *Knowledge of industry standards for Assisted Living/Memory

o Knowledge and understanding of ALTCS.

o Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hospital liaisons, skilled nursing social workers and other industry referral sources.

o Ability to analyze the market for our services and our competitors.

o *Proven track record of building relationships

o *Understanding and comfort with marketing both assisted living and memory care settings

o *Experience in tours/closing

o Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.

We have a very generous compensation structure with no upper limits on commissions.

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
