Urgently hiring

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to assist a client in Decatur with daily living needs and companionship.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with mobility, grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing simple, healthy meals and monitoring diet and fluids
  • Performing light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
  • Observing and reporting any changes in condition to supervisor
  • Accompanying client to appointments and running errands
  • Providing companionship and promoting a positive environment

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift/pivot up to 35 lbs safely
  • Clear background check and TB test
  • Excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred:

  • Patience, empathy, and respect for client privacy
  • Good time-management and basic cooking/household skills

Must have CPR/FA, TB test and the ability to pass a background check.
