Duties

• Engage with customers via outbound and inbound calls to promote products, answer inquiries, and resolve issues with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Engage with customers professionally by responding to emails, and managing online customer live chat
• Provide exceptional customer support by listening actively, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Assist clients with account management, including data entry, updating information, and processing transactions accurately
• Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
• Maintain clear and effective communication using phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Document interactions thoroughly using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software to ensure accurate records
• Conduct analysis of customer feedback and call data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
• Support client services by providing timely follow-up on inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver consistent service excellence
• Manage and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Demonstrate excellent typing skills for efficient documentation and communication
• Addressing customer inquiries, provide detailed and helpful responses, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
• Collect and document customer feedback, enabling continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings
• Manage the Company's social media accounts, responding to comments, questions, and direct messages to maintain engagement and provide timely customer support
• Assist with other essential duties as needed, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the company's customer service and sales functions

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Proven success in outbound calling campaigns or sales-driven positions is advantageous
• Familiarity with customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service delivery
