ZAKAA Couture is a luxury bridal and eveningwear design house known for its hand-embellished gowns, couture craftsmanship, and personalized client experience. Our flagship One Loudoun boutique is the heart of our brand — where artistry meets exceptional service. We are seeking a talented Bridal Sales Consultant with prior bridal and design experience who embodies grace, confidence, and strong client relationship skills.

Position: Bridal Sales Consultant

Location: One Loudoun, Ashburn, VA

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base + commission + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Provide a luxury, personalized experience for each bride — from first consultation through final fitting.
  • Understand and communicate couture design, fabrics, and fit with authority and elegance.
  • Collaborate directly with the design and alterations team to ensure perfect customization and client satisfaction.
  • Manage appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, trunk shows, and special events to represent the ZAKAA Couture brand.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards within the boutique.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of bridal sales or luxury fashion experience (required).
  • Strong understanding of bridal design, fabrics, and alterations process.
  • Warm, polished, and professional communication style with a passion for luxury service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a client-focused environment.
  • A team player with leadership instincts and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and special events.
