Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Little Shepherd Inn ) is currently seeking Early Education Teachers OR Teacher Assistants

Lead Teacher ($14.00-$17.00 per hour from start depending on experience and qualifications)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School degree with some early childhood credits, working towards a degree or * *CDA or licensed approved classes, Childhood Profession Skills, Strategies of the Early *Childhood Profession and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler
  • Have registered certificate with the Wisconsin Registry
  • Have current training in CPR, AED and First Aid
  • SIDS and SBS Training
  • Class management skills
  • Meet the physical demands of EC (lifting at least 40lb.)
  • Strong communication skills with children, families and staff
  • Health exam
