JOB DESCRIPTION

De La Rosa Law is currently seeking a creative and versatile Web & Graphic Designer for a full-time position in our Miami office. This hybrid role combines graphic design excellence with strong web design capabilities to support the firm's branding, marketing, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will have an eye for visual storytelling, an understanding of user experience, and the ability to bring the firm's brand to life across both print and digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain visually engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and microsites aligned with De La Rosa Law's brand identity.
  • Develop and execute creative graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive design across all visual and digital assets.
  • Optimize website performance, layout, and navigation to enhance user experience and accessibility.
  • Manage website updates, plugin integrations, and basic SEO optimizations in coordination with the marketing and IT teams.
  • Design digital and print promotional materials, including infographics, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support content creation through visual assets, motion graphics, and short-form video elements for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain a digital library of templates, graphics, and multimedia assets for cross-team use.
  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, UI/UX best practices, and digital marketing tools to keep the firm's online presence fresh and competitive.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and familiarity with web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience creating graphics optimized for web and social media platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate marketing goals into visual concepts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, content, and operations teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, web analytics, and UX best practices is a plus.
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a combined graphic and web design role.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects and a variety of creative visual assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent branding across all media formats.
  • Experience working in professional services, agency, or legal industry environments a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and integrating design elements into firm-wide materials and presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
