What You'll Do

  • Meet with qualified homeowners to provide professional roofing, siding, and remodel estimates
  • Educate customers honestly — focusing on quality, longevity, and real value, not hype
  • Present clear options that fit the homeowner's needs and budget
  • Use AccuLynx CRM to track opportunities and communication
  • Represent the Home Pros brand with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales or estimating experience in roofing, siding, or home services
  • A high-performing professional who values honesty and long-term relationships
  • Strong closer with excellent communication and follow-up
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
