Your dedication to cleanliness, organization, and customer service will shine as you assist in maintaining a lively atmosphere in our bustling venue.
What you'll do
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring all bar areas are clean and organized.
- Handle food preparation tasks to support the kitchen team and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently.
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the venue by bussing tables and cleaning bar areas promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up bars and serving drinks as required.
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, particularly in restaurant or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food preparation techniques.
- Background in barista duties or kitchen experience is a plus.
