We're Hiring: Tricentis Tosca Architect

We are seeking a 
highly skilled Tricentis Tosca Architect
 to join our 
Quality Center of Excellence (QCoE)
. In this pivotal role, you will 
design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide test automation frameworks and strategies using Tricentis Tosca
.

This is a 
senior-level position
 requiring deep expertise in test automation at scale, CI/CD integrations, and the ability to lead diverse global teams across business domains.

  Must work onsite 4 days/week – 
No Exceptions

 Key Responsibilities:

 Define and implement enterprise-wide Tosca automation frameworks and best practices

 Architect scalable solutions for regression and end-to-end test automation

 Act as Tosca SME and provide architectural oversight

 Integrate Tosca with qTest, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, NeoLoad

 Partner with IT/business teams globally to drive automation initiatives

 Mentor engineers, track KPIs, and champion QCoE across Agile/DevSecOps models

 Required Qualifications:

 12+ years in Test Automation, 5+ years in Tosca architectural leadership

 Deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca (API, UI, Vision AI, TDS, Distributed Execution)

 Strong knowledge of qTest, CI/CD, NeoLoad, ERP (SAP, WMS, Salesforce)

 Proven success in leading global automation initiatives

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

 Preferred Skills:

 Tricentis Certifications: Tosca Architect, Automation Specialist

 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

 AI-driven testing, model-based test design

 Exposure to QCoE governance, C-level influence

 Required Certifications:

• Tosca Test Design Specialist Level 1 & 2
• Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2
• Tosca Test Architect Level 1
