SUBARU EVERGREEN PARK IS SEEKING A MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC SALES CONSULTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM

AS A SALES CONSULTANT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE VEHICLE PURCHASING PROCESS, PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, AND FOSTERING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
  • Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
  • Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle and trim level to meet their requirements.
  • Present pricing options, incentives, and financing terms to customers.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries.
  • Stay updated on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales automotive sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
