Responsibilities include the selection and definition for materials, processes, mounting, packaging, analysis (thermal, vibration, etc.), and other mechanical issues arising in the design of electronic instrumentation and measurement systems.You'll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key TasksCreate and maintain a strong culture in accordance with Campbell Scientific's core ARCTIC valuesAccountable, Respectful, Client-Centric, Team-Oriented, Innovative, Continually ImprovingDesign EngineeringDesign new products using sheet metal, metal machining, plastics, optics, fluids, gases, etc.Maintain existing products with design updates and improvements.Analyze designs for thermal, flow, vibration, structure, etc.Design manufacturing processes and integrating with existing manufacturing processes.Verification and validation testing of components and systems.Develop documentation for parts and processes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
