Licensed Esthetician

We are all natural, and organic skincare. We don't use anything medical grade.

Responsibilities:

-Start conversations with potential clients about their skincare needs.

- Provide esthetician services to clients, including facials, waxing, and body treatments

- Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments

- Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and products

- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all sanitation guidelines

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

- Utilize salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) to schedule appointments and manage client information

- Upsell retail products to clients based on their skincare needs

- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and professional salon environment

Qualifications:

- Valid esthetician license in the state of [location]

- Proven experience in providing esthetician services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments

- Knowledge of salon software systems for scheduling and client management

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Demonstrated ability to sell retail products and meet sales targets

- Familiarity with sanitation guidelines and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment

- Experience with tattooing or straight razor techniques is a plus
