The Leader is responsible for overseeing the assembly and installation of tooling, fixtures, and pneumatic devices within the production environment. This role entails supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance work to ensure the effective use of the latest maintenance and repair technologies, while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. The  Leader will coordinate workflow through the assembly line, monitor compliance with safety practices, and ensure that all team members follow company and industry safety guidelines.

This position requires effective communication with the on-site manager and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to minimize costs and delays while maintaining project quality and timelines. The Leader will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
