Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role: Customer Service/Retail Associate (DME)

This position plays a key role in welcoming customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth, accurate processing of orders and documentation within a DME retail environment. This position blends customer-facing service with detailed administrative tasks to support a positive and efficient experience for every visitor.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalentExperience with POS systems and computer data entryExcellent communication skillsA cheerful, positive attitudeA passion for providing outstanding customer servicePrevious experience in the DME or healthcare retail world preferred

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmthGreeting customers and helping them find what they needAssessing customer needs and assisting with product questionsEntering new customer information accurately into our systemCollecting all required documentation from customersGenerating orders and ensuring billing accuracyEntering product information and helping maintain proper profit marginsObtaining written physician orders as needed for insuranceProcessing purchase order exception reportsCompleting insurance verification to confirm eligibility
