Churchill Estates is ready to add another Housekeeper to our cherished housekeeping staff

Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm) | Full Time 40 hours/week,

Position Description: We are looking for a candidate who maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty. Should help promote a safe and sanitary environment for staff, residents, and visitors while making efforts to reduce safety hazards, accidents, and injuries. Should be teamwork oriented and willing to work in harmony with all staff members to deliver high quality, compassionate housekeeping services for our residents. This housekeeper would:

  • Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish common area floors. Spot clean carpets.
  • Empty trash
  • Clean common area windows, inside and out.
  • Clean and sanitizes common area bathrooms.
  • Refill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
  • Clean inside and out of common area washers/dryers.
  • Empty lint traps.
  • Check for marks on walls.
  • Ensures cleanliness of rooms ahead of tours and move-ins in accordance with Marketing Director's guidance.
  • Other housekeeping duties as directed by housekeeping manager
