Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Duties

  • Conduct assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges to develop tailored support plans
  • Provide counselling and emotional support to individuals and families facing various social issues
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to access community resources, housing, healthcare, and educational services
  • Develop and facilitate programmes aimed at promoting well-being, resilience, and social inclusion
  • Supervise junior staff or volunteers, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate case records in compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and support services
  • Organise workshops or support groups that address specific community needs

Requirements

  • recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Supervising experience or mentoring skills are highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work empathetically with diverse client groups
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Strong understanding of social policies, safeguarding procedures, and ethical standards in social work practice
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
