Saddle Ranch Chop House is currently seeking an Sr. Manager Restaurant for our Orange location

Compensation : $80k to 90K

Position Summary : The Sr. Manager embodies the culture of the restaurant, with a high energy, service-oriented attitude that motivates staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the daily smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant floor, with an emphasis on delivering the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. In addition to general restaurant management, specific areas of focus include front-of-house training, culinary operations, and bar management. The position of Sr. Manager reports to the AGM The Sr. Manager 's working environment is challenging, highly demanding and fast-paced maximizing guest service and promoting Saddle Ranch.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to evaluate, organize and prioritize activities and responsibilities, including labor management and employee relations; continually focusing staff resources on key business initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and management abilities that foster an atmosphere of teamwork; ability to effectively lead others
  • Critical thinking skills and abilities to successfully manage various aspects of restaurant operations with an emphasis on maximizing revenues and minimizing expense
  • Knowledge of labor and inventory management, high volume bar management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals through skillful leadership.
  • Recruit, interview and hire talent into our restaurant staff.
  • Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can reach their career goals with our growing company.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in high-volume multi-units restaurant concept
  • Serv Safe and Liquor certifications are required
  • Scheduled to work between 50-55 hours per week. Scheduled days and hours are subject to changed as dictated by business demand.
