What You'll Do Day-To-Day:

  • Gather load board information to identify the resource needs.
  • Coordinate with Product Line Managers/Project Managers and outside staffing sources to procure specialized personnel and initiate purchase requisitions.
  • Review and approve invoices and labor hours from subcontract companies and their employees.
  • Meet with Product Line Managers/Project Managers to evaluate resumes, skills and rate of pay.
  • Make all deployment arrangements for resources deployed to customer site.
  • Support outage personnel while working at customer sites.
  • Establish relationships with contractor companies.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of aligning personnel with project needs.
  • Familiarity with project timelines, deployment schedules, and staffing logistics.
  • Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $ $39.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
