Freese and Nichols is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the Austin office.

Support project initiatives and efforts through tasks such as:

  • Performing work to ensure projects are on schedule and budget & review for completeness and format.

  • Working with technical staff and project managers to keep projects progressing

  • Assisting technical staff and project managers with document control, formatting and project management tasks.

  • Supporting overhead of technical group(s) (coordinate meetings, lunches, handouts, etc.).

  • Editing and formatting specifications and technical documents. Editing and developing proposals and shortlists.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience of technical support work
  • Experience with preparing documents in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in related field
