Job Overview
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives in the field, connecting our brand with customers and creating unforgettable experiences. You'll work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact, all while showcasing your exceptional communication skills and public speaking prowess.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement innovative field marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach.
- Provide outstanding customer service during events, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve future marketing initiatives.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, community events, and other promotional activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, specifically in event marketing or field marketing roles is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Public speaking experience that demonstrates confidence in presenting to groups of various sizes.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations and sales techniques that drive customer interest.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a wider audience.
- A proactive attitude with a knack for creative problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.
