Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Assemble components accurately according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
  • Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment at all times during shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential overtime as needed.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
