Job Description

As a Security Guard – Industrial Patrol Driver in New Kensington, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or address potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
