About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on
Vice President of Information Technology
to lead our global IT function across 30 locations in the US and Europe. As the most senior IT leader in the organization, you will report directly to executive leadership and drive the technology vision, cybersecurity roadmap, and digital transformation strategy for our expanding manufacturing operations.

You will manage a core IT team of 10 based in Chicago, along with a distributed team across global offices. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned technology executive with deep experience in manufacturing environments, M&A integration, ERP consolidation, and enterprise cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global IT function across 30 locations in North America and Europe.
  • Oversee and develop a high-performing team, including 10 onsite in Chicago and international staff.
  • Drive the company's cybersecurity strategy, including implementation and management of Azure Sentinel and GRC frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2 and GDPR.
  • Lead ERP consolidation initiatives, ideally involving INFOR systems.
  • Standardize and modernize infrastructure, systems, and IT policies across all sites.
  • Partner with leadership to support M&A activities and develop IT playbooks for successful integration.
  • Optimize and manage enterprise collaboration tools, including Office 365 and Cisco technologies.
  • Ensure business continuity, data integrity, and scalability of IT systems.
  • Travel as needed to domestic and international sites (up to 15%).

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in the
    manufacturing sector
    .
  • Proven success in managing
    global, multi-site IT teams
    .
  • Strong background in
    cybersecurity
    , including Azure Sentinel, SOC2, GDPR, and broader GRC programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with
    ERP systems
    , preferably
    INFOR
    , and leading ERP consolidation projects.
  • Solid technical foundation in
    Office 365
    ,
    Cisco
    , cloud platforms (Azure), and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Prior experience leading
    M&A initiatives
    , including IT due diligence and integration playbook development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Work Environment & Travel:
