  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, and relay test results to patients
  • Set up and clean exam rooms before and after procedures
  • Educate patients on medications, special diets, and procedure preparations
  • Arrange imaging, labs, and other physician-ordered procedures
  • Process medication refills and communicate with pharmacies
  • Obtain prior authorizations for prescriptions as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay rate can be negotiated based on experience.
