We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions and Requirements:

  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Perform electrical diagnostics on equipment and make necessary repairs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to perform precise repairs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Above average ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills

Pre-Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Acceptable scores for ACT Work Keys tests: Applied technology, Workplace Documents, and Graphic Literacy.
