Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections.
  • Repair and replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Assist with vehicle assembly and disassembly during repair or customization projects while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed in accordance with dealership standards.

Skills

  • Proven dealership experience or service technician experience with motorcycles or similar vehicles.
  • Strong automotive diagnostics skills combined with mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and suspension components.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, engine work, assembly/disassembly processes, and heavy lifting techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair best practices and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
