Specific Team & Information Security Knowledge

  • Proven experience managing IAM projects in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and drives the team through the agile ceremonies –foster a Lean-Agile leadership including (PI Planning at the team level, Iteration Planning, Standup, Retro, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, Iteration Review and Demo).
  • Release Planning and Execution – Releases to production, being able to provide dates and the important artifacts.
  • Ensure agreement and transparency across team including up to the Portfolio Lead.
  • Ensure JIRA is accurate and updated as required per Iteration.
  • Capacity vs Load – What is the team's available capacity vs how much demand.
  • Performs PI Planning prep & execution for the team.
  • Ensures weekly, monthly and iteration reports are produced as required/requested for the team.
  • Progress of PI Objectives – Demonstrate how much work in progress and in backlog. Priority and dependencies.
  • Velocity – In an Agile environment, for a 2-week sprint, how much work was committed and how much work was completed
  • Backlog Revisions and Health
  • Experience communicating issues & risks and help drive key decisions; help resolve project-related issues.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of projects and staff to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within scope & budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Experience coaching cross functional teams preferred
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in software development lifecycle concepts and processes (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team
  • Proven track record of success in delivering business value through Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, GIT Hub, Bit Bucket, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, cloud technologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, automated testing, and other modern DevOps techniques
  • Understanding of security best practices related to application development
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics such as velocity, burn down rate, lead time, cycle time, etc.
