About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated On-Site Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage personnel, and coordinate staffing needs for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with strong leadership and recruiting experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle on-site recruiting and onboarding of new personnel for various warehouse roles.
  • Serve as the main liaison between company management, clients, and employees.
  • Maintain accurate reports and records using company software and digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Resolve conflicts, manage attendance, and coordinate replacements or backup staff as needed.
  • Participate in meetings and provide operational feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience supervising teams in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous recruitment experience (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding staff).
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours as required.

Compensation & Growth
