We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Community Association Manager to join our team in a prestigious gated golf community in sunny Florida. As the heartbeat of our community, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our neighborhood, fostering a sense of belonging, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.

Position: Onsite Community Association Operations Manager

Location: Willoughby Golf Club , Stuart , Florida

Type: Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community association, including budget management, vendor coordination, and compliance enforcement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to governing documents, rules, and regulations, and assist in resolving disputes and violations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, financial reports, and correspondence related to community affairs.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community association management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida HOA/COA laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community management software (e.g., TOPS, CINC).
