Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reportingDevelop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI developmentPartner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunitiesEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practicesPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise mannerDrive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies

QualificationsBachelors degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial roleStrong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical modelsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
