$3,290 weekly gross (travel) | $75/hr local (W2)
13-week contract with potential to extend | Full-time, Monday–Friday | 37.5 hrs/week
Day shift, Monday through Friday
No call-off policy (14-day written cancellation notice)
Are you an experienced OR Nurse Manager ready to lead a high-performing surgical team? We're looking for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, acute care setting and knows how to balance patient safety, team performance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room and surgical services
- Support and mentor OR nurses, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and administrative teams to streamline workflow
- Manage staffing, schedules, and performance metrics
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Current RN license (active and in good standing)
- BLS (AHA or ARC)
- CNOR certification required (CCI)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
