Job Description

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for supporting Colortech and subsidiaries' customer relation activities, including data entry and customer communications. This person may also be responsible for assisting with project management throughout the job process including one on one client interaction. This position will report to the Operations Manager / Project manager and work with multiple additional departments.

Colortech spans two locations and our CSR team works at our main office at 232 S. 9th Street in Lebanon, PA.

Duties:

  • Answer phones & greet customers
  • Customer support
  • Prepare documents such approvals and emails
  • Handle and respond to constant inbound phone calls via phone and email.
  • Maintain and uphold a positive attitude
  • Trouble shoot with the client on project issues
  • Communicate with prepress and divisions of the shop for deadlines, changes, etc.
  • Build customer relationships
  • Prepare work to be estimated by gathering information, specifications and related documents and information.
  • Aid the sales team by generating proposals, estimates and quotations.
  • Experience in the printing industry
  • Knowledge in adobe suite programs (reading sizes, bleed, etc.)
  • Friendly with good communication skills (Experience in a customer support environment is preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurants, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with a team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong PC and MAC skills
  • Ability to input accurate and detailed data into computer software, staying on task in a high volume environment
  • Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbal and written
  • Assist with managing inbound phone traffic
  • Ability to sit for 8+ hours and stand for 4+ hours if needed

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • 2+ years experience in related job functions
  • Skills in Excel and data management

Average of 40 hrs. per week in-house in Lebanon, PA.

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
