Inter Miami CF is seeking a Tech-savvy Helpdesk IT Intern to join our IT support team. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in technological support troubleshooting and customer service within a dynamic environment. This position will be a part-time seasonal paid internship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in responding to internal and external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.  
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.  
  • Document all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution tracking.  
  • Support the installation and set-up of new computer equipment and software.  
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.  
  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.  
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.  

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible to apply, provided graduation occurred within the past six months. 
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking concepts.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and team-oriented environment.  
  • Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.  
  • Ability to professionally and confidently interact professionally with members at all levels of the organization.

Additional information: 

  • Start date: January 14th , 2026 

Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
