We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time or Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. You will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is well-maintained and accurately recorded, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, reporting discrepancies as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring careful handling of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
