Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and highly customer-service–oriented Valet Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, a passion for exceptional guest service, and the ability to lead a valet team with professionalism and efficiency. As a Valet Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily valet operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service.
  • Greet guests with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude during vehicle arrival and departure.
  • Safely Park and retrieve vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Train, mentor, and support valet staff to uphold consistent service standards.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the valet and parking areas.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and oversee proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Coordinate staffing and support for special events and high-traffic periods.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations always.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, customer service, or a related supervisory role.
  • Strong driving skills, including the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Responsible and accurate cash-handling skills.
  • Bilingual to effectively assist a diverse guest population and support team communication.
  • Friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
