  • Financial reporting, able to draw conclusions and efficiencies with Data

  • Experience with a multi-national retail and/or hardware company

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations (i.e. accounts
  • 5+ receivable, collections, dispute management claims
  • 5+ processing/deduction)

Must-Have Skills

  • Good understanding of accounting and operational processes, and a process-minded individual. In this role, it is expected to take ownership in customer collections, claims processing/deduction and drive operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is keen to learn, have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external clients.

Overview
Client Finance team is seeking a temporary (1 year to 1.5 years) Finance Operations professional with dispute claims processing/ deduction management, credit and collections experience to join the Global Revenue Operations team. This role will be key in delivering the day-to-day collections support for the Global Reality Labs Revenue Operations team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support on manage end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) with a minimal guidance
  • Responsible for AR and Claims month end reconciliation Measure and report on key client Labs AR/VR metrics
  • Understand and abide by relevant policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional Client Technologies teams (Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, etc.) to unblock tasks allowing BPO to process customers' claims while building strong, collaborative working relationships
  • Cooperate with process improvements and automation in the area of claims processing and deduction management Monitor Dashboards, SLA metrics and Quality Assurance results
  • Cooperate with the DTP Process Improvement
