Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor – Now Hiring

We're looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, assist with reservations, handle nightly audits, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/out guests professionally
  • Manage bookings, payments, and guest inquiries
  • Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Keep front desk area organized and well-stocked
  • Cross-train in other departments to support hotel operations

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, service-focused attitude
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
