Founded in 2004, Meadows Urquhart is a fast-growing CPA firm of about 45 employees. We provide tax, assurance, and consulting services to many industries including real estate, construction, financial services, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial services. We work with clients who value consultative relationships and want to reach their potential. Our "In Your Shoes" process allows us to understand the issues that business owners face, and the roadblocks that are preventing them from achieving their goals.

Job responsibilities include:
- Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements in a wide variety of industries with the ability to manage to budget
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
- Participate on special projects as necessary
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end performance reviews
- Client management and practice development activities
- Attend professional development, networking events, and training seminars on a regular basis
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good project management skills (ability to meet deadlines with agreed upon budget)
- Professional attitude and ability to represent the firm brand
- Team player than thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to exercise professional humility
- Give and receive constructive feedback
- A good sense of humor is a plus
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting
- Must be a CPA
- Industry experience in one of the firm's specializations a plus (Real Estate, Construction, Financial Services, High Net Worth Individuals, or Entrepreneurial Services)
