Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Notary Public to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing notarial services, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of important documents. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to customer service. As a Notary Public, you will be responsible for verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Duties

• Perform notarial acts in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Verify the identity of signers through valid identification.
• Witness the signing of documents and ensure all parties understand the contents.
• Maintain a detailed log of all notarizations performed.
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and assisting clients with document preparation.
• Manage administrative tasks related to notarial services, including data entry and record keeping.
• Utilize office management skills to maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in customer support or front desk operations is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Previous experience as a clerk or in office management is beneficial.
