Position Summary

Nymbl is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect / Implementation Manager to lead AI chatbot deployments (Moveworks), complex software solutions, and multi-team implementation programs. This hybrid role blends technical architecture, product strategy, and end-to-end project delivery—requiring someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute with precision.

You will guide clients through discovery, solution design, architecture, UAT, configuration, and launch—ensuring each deployment is technically sound, delivered on time, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

AI / Moveworks Implementation Management

Lead the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise AI chatbot deployments—from Sales → CS handoff through launch and transition to Customer Success.

• Manage intake, project setup, access provisioning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Run kickoff, discovery, weekly updates, and milestone signoff processes.
• Facilitate skills assessments, clear blockers, and prepare all discovery documentation.
• Oversee configuration with Technical Consultants, including workflow decisions, bot naming, avatar, communication planning, and education sessions
• Manage Pre-UAT and UAT cycles, triage feedback, track testing progress, and secure approvals for production.
• Drive launch readiness: Go/No-Go, production access, internal testing, Hypercare setup, and customer communications.
• Execute launch, monitor early performance, and deliver all post-launch documentation, impact reports, and formal handoffs to CSM + Support.

Success = On-time delivery, clear communication, clean UAT execution, smooth go-live, and an organized handoff to long-term support.

Solution Architecture & Product Management

• Define system architecture, technical requirements, and workflow designs.
• Select technology stacks, integrations, and patterns that support scalability and performance.
• Work closely with developers to ensure architecture is implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Own product strategy: roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and user-experience alignment.
• Gather feedback and translate business needs into clear requirements and tech specs.
• Maintain high standards for documentation, decision logs, and technical clarity.

Project & Client Delivery

• Drive project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination across engineering, QA, product, and client teams.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, workshops, and technical deep dives.
• Lead weekly updates, executive briefings, and client expectation-setting.
• Ensure smooth transitions across discovery → build → test → launch → support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years in consulting, software development, architecture, product management, or technical project leadership.
• Experience deploying AI, SaaS, Low Code / No Code, or enterprise software systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, support, etc.).
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale or high-visibility projects on time.
• Proficiency in API integrations, modern development frameworks, and technical system design.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to run discovery meetings, define requirements, and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in solution architecture, implementation consulting, or technical PM roles
• Experience with UX principles, sprint cycles, Agile methodologies
• Strong documentation and process-building skills
• Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code development
• Ability to coordinate across multiple accounts or workstreams
• Continuous learning mindset and comfortable navigating technical ambiguity

Pay: $105, $127,467.66 per year
