We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at C&E In-Home Care Services in Mount Horeb, WI. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with behaviors. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and companionship.
Responsibilities- Providing personal care assistance to clients with behaviors.
- Assisting clients with grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Administering medication reminders as needed.
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
- Monitoring and documenting changes in clients' behavior or health status.
- Prior experience working with individuals with behaviors preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Empathy and patience when working with clients with behaviors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and client needs.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
