Job Summary
We are seeking a
Business Process Analyst (BPA)
to analyze, design, document, and optimize business processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current-state business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using BPMN, flowcharts, or value stream mapping
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvements, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business users
  • Support implementation of process changes, system enhancements, or automation initiatives
  • Work closely with IT, QA, and project teams during solution design and delivery
  • Ensure process changes align with business objectives, compliance, and governance standards
  • Develop SOPs, business rules, and process documentation
  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in business process modeling and optimization
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, or similar
  • Experience gathering requirements using interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with both business and technical teams
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with process automation, RPA, or workflow tools
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM frameworks
  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, or Insurance
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
  • CBAP, CCBA, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM certification

Soft Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong documentation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
