Position Summary:

As a Menchie's Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Team Members handle a variety of tasks, including guest interaction, food preparation, store cleanliness, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, upbeat, and attentive guest service.
  • Assist guests with product knowledge, samples, and toppings.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including dining areas, yogurt machines, counters, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies, toppings, and utensils as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Support fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
