AI Product Manager
The Opportunity:
An effective product effort requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. It takes someone who is energized by aligning teams, clarifying requirements, and delivering capabilities that truly meet mission needs. That's why we need a driven and adaptable AI Product Manager—someone who can take ownership, build cross-functional relationships, and keep projects on track across dynamic and complex environments.
As an AI Product Manager on our team, you'll support a government client by coordinating product development efforts across internal and external teams. You'll guide requirements analysis, align product backlogs to strategic roadmaps, and track financial and operational progress across multiple work streams. You'll wear multiple hats—requirements translator, stakeholder coordinator, agile facilitator, and product roadmap navigator—ensuring that technical teams remain aligned with mission priorities. Your contributions will help drive technology solutions that support high-impact government programs, while you gain exposure to managing scope, risk, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
This is your opportunity to help shape innovative digital solutions while building a foundation in product leadership, delivery excellence, and client impact.
Join us. The world can't wait.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical project coordination
- 1+ years of experience translating user needs into actionable requirements

- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams such as design, engineering, or client stakeholders, to align on product roadmaps
- Ability to be a self-starter with a growth mindset and be energized by opportunities to take ownership
- Ability to prepare presentations and deliver briefings to senior leaders, general officers, and business executives, synthesize information, and present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience writing and interpreting statements of work and subcontracts
- Experience with budgeting tools or light financial forecasting
- Knowledge of high-level data and AI concepts and how to communicate with both technical and non-technical people on these concepts
- Ability to lead user interviews, usability testing, or workshops
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for modern AI/ML applications and implementations
- Possession of excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
