This position represents an amazing opportunity for an ambitious clinician-leader with an entrepreneurial streak. Devoted Medical is building clinical programs to manage and coordinate care in a manner consistent with Devoted's values of treating every member like family. This position offers the opportunity to impact patient outcomes at scale in a modern, tech-supported care environment.

As the Medical Director of Specialty Care, you will have the opportunity to lead the ongoing clinical transformation of Devoted Medical's existing specialty programs into fully integrated virtual Specialty Care clinics in General Cardiology, Congestive Heart Failure, and Chronic Kidney Disease. • Experience working in interprofessional teams.

  • Comfort interfacing with technical teams and technology based solutions.

  • An understanding of how different health care payment models work including managed care models and how to measure and track care quality and clinical program metrics.

  • Cultivate an industry-wide network, contribute to thought leadership in virtual care delivery, and disseminate key learnings nationally

Clinical Oversight

  • Co-develop the necessary technology and data platforms with Devoted's exceptional tech and data teams to deliver best in class clinical outcomes at scale

  • Refine and monitor Specialty Care clinical KPIs to identify areas of strength and underperformance with the goal of continuous improvement

  • Lead our interdisciplinary auditing and clinical performance management processes to incentivize / disseminate best practices

  • Participate in joint operating committee(s) with community partners and Devoted Health Plan leaders and incorporate feedback into the specialty care clinical model

  • Maintain and enforce the highest standards related to compliance and patient safety as the ultimate owner of clinical policies and procedures

Care Team Leadership

  • Design/refine the organizational structure of Specialty Care's leadership team and front line staff to deliver the highest level of care and program performance
