Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for this role.
The Opportunity The Senior Full Stack Engineer is responsible for architecting, developing, and testing the company's healthcare data platform and applications, including the UI, middleware, backend data pipelines, APIs, and cloud operations architecture.
You're a Fit If You Have5–7 years of experience building web applications from scratchExperience designing/architecting scalable and resilient backend applicationsIn-depth knowledge of Python and/or Node/TypeScriptStrong fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScriptSolid exposure to microservices architectureExperience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or similarHands-on work with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience integrating & deploying ML/DL modelsKnowledge of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Familiarity with Agile/rapid development processes
Bonus PointsExperience leading a team of developers (mentoring, code reviews, ensuring quality/deliverables)Ability to translate stakeholder business needs into actionable development requirementsFamiliarity with visualization librariesExposure to AI/ML and data analytics frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)Experience with databases such as Postgres, Elasticsearch (ELK), or GraphDBs (Neo4j, TigerGraph)Exposure to OpenAI APIsWorked with Kafka, ActiveMQ, and/or Redis
Education & Experience A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience scaling a B2B product organization.
