Ignite 2.0 Reentry Program Manager
Join our mission-driven team to lead the Ignite 2.0 Reentry Program, supporting justice-involved individuals as they rebuild their lives. In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of participants and ensure high-quality, consumer-centered programming that meets CARF standards and contract requirements.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate program staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.
- Oversee program operations, including budgets, reporting, marketing, community partnerships, and grant deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community and employer partners, including law enforcement, educational institutions, and local agencies.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
