Service Advisor – Salisbury Ford & Toyota

Location: Salisbury, MD | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Bonuses

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face and trusted guide for our guests throughout their service experience

  • Accurately write repair orders, provide clear explanations of services, and maintain open communication from drop-off to pick-up

  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service

  • Upsell maintenance services and recommend future repairs with honesty and integrity

  • Maintain high CSI scores and go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
