Customer Service Representative – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Bloomington, MN
Schedule: 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 10-hour shifts
Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour
In partnership with Doherty Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading manufacturer of tools and equipment. This is a contract-to-hire role offering excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
- Process orders, service requests, and returns accurately
- Advise customers on product pricing, availability, and warranty policies

- Support front desk procedures and assist with other duties as needed
What You'll Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems
- International shipping knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish #metrocareers
