Role: Project Manager

Job Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Visa Type:- No OPT/CPT/H1B

  • 2 roles: Organizational Change Management (OCM) and process optimization
  • Traditional: project plans, scorecards, rate log, etc
  • Ideally someone with org change management; Create comm plan, artifacts around OCM framework, creating feedback loops for folks on the program
  • Process optimization is another work stream - project has been ongoing since 2023 and not going well
  • This PM responsible to facilitate these meetings and action items from these meetings
  • Struggling with getting the organization to form around massive body of work
  • Help put together a plan around how will be implemented and when
  • Banking is nice to have, but not required
  • Tools: MS Project
  • Certs: none, just experience as a PM
  • Someone with experience working at the intersection of PM and agile would be great

What You'll Need to Have:

  • 6+ years of proven project management experience.
  • Strong experience in either organizational change management (OCM) or process optimization.
  • Infrastructure project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience creating detailed project plans.
  • Proficiency in standard desktop applications and relevant software packages.
  • Banking industry experience is a plus.
